The Study and Application of Simply Modeling Method in Mounting Rubber Bushing

Abstract: To improve the calculation accuracy of the vibration isolation rate, the simply modeling method of mounting rubber bushing in full vehicle finite element model is studied. The 5 parametric generalized Max-well model is selected to describe the dynamic characteristics of the mounting rubber bushing. The finite ele-ment mounting rubber bushing model is constructed, and the dynamic stiffness curve is analyzed. By fitting the dynamic stiffness curve and the 5 parametric generalized Maxwell model, 5 parameters is got, and the 5 parametric generalized Maxwell model is constructed in full vehicle finite element model. The results of the vibration isolation rate shows this simplified model method in mounting rubber bushing can improve the ac-curacy effectively.
