Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the necessity and importance of the cultivation of students' creative ability in college art education, analyzes the principles of students' innovation ability training in college art education, expounds the problems in the cultivation of students' creative ability in college art education, and proposes targeted solutions to the problems.
