Abstract: The flow of water in the pores of rock and soil is called infiltration. Penetration of rock and soil properties known as the permeability of rock and soil. The slope stability of rock and soil slope, deformation of slope, deformation of foundation, infiltration and collapse of karst, all belong to the problem of seepage stability of rock and soil body caused by water infiltration. The penetration of water in porous media is cur-rently on the experimental and theoretical level, and can well reflect the movement of soil seepage in porous media in solving practical problems. Seepage continues to develop. The formation of percolation channels or caves in rock and soil bodies leads to the collapse of dyke works, surface subsidence, collapse, cracks and landslides. The most common deformation occurs due to human engineering activities changing groundwater dynamic conditions. In human activities, hydraulic hydropower projects have the greatest impact on the groundwater hydrodynamic conditions, causing the most serious infiltration and deformation disasters.
