Study on the Dry Mixed Mortar Modified By Carborundum System Sand Cellulose Ether

Abstract: In this paper, first of all, the dry mixed mortar with different gradation of machine-made sand is optimized, and then the polymer is modified. In this paper, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose ether with three viscosities of 50000mPa•s, 100000mPa•s and 200000mPa•s was used to study the four different admixtures, i.e. 0.1%, 0.3%, 0.5% and 0.7%. In this paper, the working and mechanical properties of modified dry mixed mortar were studied from the aspects of particle gradation, admixture content and viscosity.
