Anomie and Guidance of Civil News from the Media

Abstract: With the rise and development of the media, we have entered an era of everyone with a micro-phone, civil news came into being. Citizen journalism is a powerful channel for citizens of democratic super-vision, the expression of public opinion, but our country the development of citizen journalism is not perfect, in the use of the process there are some Department of the anomie of the self definition of citizen media news, self existence of citizen media news, news of citizen media guide three aspects since the news of citizen me-dia in the development process, and how to standardize.
