Research on the Value of Compensation Incentive in Human Resource Management of Public Institutions

Abstract: At this stage, the reform of human resources management in public institutions in China has achieved some success. In this process, compensation incentive play an important role. On the analysis of public institutions, scientific and rational compensation incentive mechanism can optimize the allocation of human resources and maximize the value of human resources. Therefore, the relevant public institutions are required to formulate an appropriate and reasonable compensation incentive system based on their actual conditions and implement it. In this background, this paper mainly analyzes and discusses the value and related issues of compensation incentive in the human resource management of public institutions.
