Abstract: Management Science and Engineering is a discipline based on systematic sciences, behavioral sciences, information sciences, mathematics, economics and engineering methods, and applying modern scientific methods to study the law of various management activities, which can provide scientific theoretical support for professionals to solve the management problems of society, science and engineering, and play an indispensable role in the sustainable development of social economy. Management science and engineering is subordinate to the management science system and builds a systematic theoretical foundation and disciplinary system to promote the development of other disciplines in the management of the scientific system. At present, Management Science and Engineering have become a relatively independent discipline. This article takes Management Science and Engineering as the research object, introduces the significance and development status of management science and engineering discipline in our country, and analyzes the strategic measures for its development and the future development trend.
