The Organic Integration of Piano Teaching and Piano Accompaniment Teaching in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: As an elegant art form, the piano is rich in content, clear in technique, and obviously professional and skillful. As a performing art activity, piano performance has created a unique skill system and teaching mode in the long process of exploration and teaching reform. This system and mode also determines the main contents learned by college students when they learn piano. However, the performance of piano includes not only piano solo but also piano accompaniment. The study of piano accompaniment is closely related to the study of piano performance, and the two are rapidly integrating in the current college teaching.
