Research on The Innovation of College Ideological and Political Education in the Convergence Media Era

Abstract: Colleges and universities are important places to cultivate national leaders and outstanding talents. Since the 18th national congress of the communist party of China (CPC), the CPC central committee has made strategic plans and arrangements for the improvement of ideological and political education policies and theoretical courses in domestic colleges and universities. In order to continuously strengthen the theoretical study and application transformation new era and new thought, scholars in China’s ideological and political fields have begun to pay attention to the strategic research of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in recent years, with the purpose of implementing the spirit of the national conference on ide-ological and political work in colleges and universities. At present, some scholars in China have actively ex-plored new approaches and strategies for ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the new situation from different perspectives. This paper mainly discusses how to make use of this tool to strengthen the work in the field of school ideology and innovate the path of ideological and political education under the new era and situation of the rapid development of convergence media.
