Research on the Influence of Family Background on the Employment of Tianjin's University Graduates

Abstract: Based on the survey of graduates of Tianjin Polytechnic University, this paper takes the father's oc-cupational status and education level as indicators to analyze the family background influence on the gradua-tion destination and employment income of the university graduates, and finally it finds that there are signifi-cant differences in employment between graduates from different family backgrounds in our university.
