Abstract: On August 8, 2008, the 29th Olympic Games, which attractedthe attention of the world, was held in Beijing, China.Sports competition is developing continuously in thecontemporary era, which annotates the Olympic spirit.Under the era and pattern of increasingly diversifiedsports, the construction of sports competition order hasbegun a new chapter.The law is a powerfulweapon to guaranteethe legal sportscompetition order.The construction of thelegal sports competition order can mainly rely on thecontinuous improvement of the legal system, the popularization of sportscompetition rules and the improvement of the quality of sports players.
