Exploration of the Ideological and Political Education of College Students"Stratification and Individuation"

Abstract: This paper defines the connotation of ideological and political education of college students’ "stra-tification and individuation" according to its background, that is, “stratification” of ideological and political education is to divide the students into different levels according to the specific situation of students' ideologi-cal quality in real life and study and "individualization" is based on the students with different personalities to use different education and management methods to promote complementary advantages and promotion of each other of the students with different personalities, and to promote the optimization and harmonious development of students' personality. This paper clarifies its theoretical basis and practical basis, and puts forward that the implementation and measures of the ideological and political education of college students’ "stratification and individuation" shall follow the basic norms of citizen morality from the aspects of thought, study, life, etc.. It is the education with the patriotism as the core of the national spirit and shall be cultivated with the communist ideal as the core of the ideal and belief education.
