Research on the Methods for College Teachers to Improve the Guidance Ability of Employment

Abstract: In today's society, the employment of college graduates has become one of the most concerned topics in the whole society. In the process of meeting social needs, there are still many problems in the construction of teachers for employment and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities. Schools should clarify the importance of team building to the improvement of teachers' guidance ability in order to improve teachers' guidance level more targeted. This research clearly points out the problems existing in the construction of employment and entrepreneurship guidance teachers in universities and analyzes the reasons. At the same time, it deeply analyzes the ways to improve teachers' guidance ability, so that the conclusions have more reference significance.
