Abstract: Aiming at the optimization problem of automated containerterminal scheduling, this paper considers a new model of field Yard crane-Truckscheduling integer programming under the new layout of truck-accessiblecontainer area. In order to deal with a fixed number of tasks, the shorteston-site time of the truck and the interaction between the yard crane and thetruck produce a multi-objective integer programming model with the smallestmain cost. The constraint maintains the minimum safety distance between twoadjacent yard crane and avoids the bridges crossing each other. At the sametime, considering the limitation of the transportation network's bearing capacityin the yard, it avoids the traffic congestion caused by the scheduling scheme,thereby improving the operation of the container terminal effectiveness. Inorder to improve the global optimization ability of genetic algorithm, a newmutation operation is designed, the understanding space cutting method isintroduced, and the gene repair technology is embedded in the algorithmframework, and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed to solve. Through theexperimental analysis of different task scales, the effectiveness of theproposed scheduling method is verified.
