Abstract: By comparing and analysing different theories onorganisational culture and the categories of leadership styles, criticalevaluation is made about the leader’s influence on organisational culture, onwhich conclusion is drawn that leaders do have a significant influence onorganisational culture, yet the influential power vary from differentleadership styles they adopted.
