Analysis of Moral Indifference under the Condition of Socialist Market Economy

Abstract: How to treat the phenomenon of moral indifference under the socialist market environment econ-omy can be treated?  What are the reasons for it? This paper regards moral indifference as the research object. Additionally, defining moral apathy is the expression of ideological behaviors in which moral subjects use inaccurate, irregular moral principles ｏｒ be unconscious in interpersonal relationships. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the phenomenon of moral indifference from the lacking ability of “innate” perception for individual moral emotions, the ethical dilemma of modern society, psychological confusion, imperfect legal system, and the failure of government functions.
