Research on the Quality Evaluation Index System of China's Economic Growth Under the New Normal

Abstract: According to the requirements of economic development under the new normal, and combined with existing literature at home and abroad, a comprehensive evaluation index system for the quality of economic growth is constructed. The principal component analysis method is used to carry out weight analysis on the basic indicators and secondary indicators in the comprehensive evaluation indicator system, and the evaluation value of the quality of economic growth is measured. Analyze the problems in the process of highquality economic growth in China according to the results of the comprehensive evaluation index system. The four aspects of optimizing the industrial structure, strengthening economic development in rural areas, deepening supply-side structural reforms, and improving independent innovation capabilities for China's economic growth Provide suggestions.
