Abstract: With the rapid development of information society, university library is not only an important part of the university teaching and research, but also is becoming an important part of college student's Information Literacy Education. There was an accurate analysis about the status quo of college student's Information Literacy and Information Literacy Education of University Library, so we propose some targeted and effective measures by using university libraries to improve the college student's Information Literacy Education on this paper.
