Risk and Preventive Measures of Nursing Defects in Operation Room

Abstract: In recent years, some hospital operating room nursing risk events frequently. This paper has carried on research to the operation room the defects of nursing risks and preventive measures, to reduce the occur-rence of nursing risk events in operation room. In this paper, through the analysis and summary of the specific work of this year's operation room nursing, in order to existing and potential unsafe factors. Based on the analysis of the unsafe factors of nursing in operation room, this paper puts forward the preventive measures. This paper attempts to establish a complete performance evaluation index of the operating room nursing staff, in order to improve the nursing staff's professional degree and improve the nursing management system and operation process.
