Spear and Shield: the Ideological Education and Bullying

Abstract: In recent years, School bullying emerge in endlessly, bullying is not only had not been killed in the cradle, but also presents the escalating trend. School Bullying caused the wide attention of the whole society. Recently, the office of education steering committee of the state council issued the notice regarding to pu-nishment activities for school bullying, will make a special projects on this issue. But the author found that School bullying problem many originated from the ideas of the primary and middle school students, we should strengthen their ideological and political education. And the author will use the conflict resolution me-thod to explore the way of solving the bullying.
