Abstract: This article through analysis the current situation of farm produce cold-chain logistical in China. According to the background of the times, the development countermeasure of cold chain logistics of Chinese agricultural products has been put forward, hope to be able to provide help for the development and transfor-mation of agricultural and cold chain logistics in China.
