Abstract: Value education is an education that has a great impact on the future of our country. Australian schools put people oriented values education into the whole process of the implementation of education with school people-oriented campus culture, self management mode of education, high level of teacher quality, combined with social culture and school culture around force, students' self-education, self-management and self-development are respect . Australia is a big country in the world education and the education idea and the education mode in the people-oriented is worthy of our learning and thinking.
