Research on Quality-oriented Education and Student Employment

Abstract: With the development of society, the target of Chinese higher education is changing from elite education to mass education. Facing the increasing number of graduates, the social focuses on the issue of student employment. In order to help the students solve the employment issue primarily, it is a good way to improve the overall quality of college students. According to the problems, this article aims to put forward some suggestions to improve the overall quality and employment ability of college students.
