Innovation and Sublimation: From Scientific Development View to Five Development Concepts

Abstract: In order to ensure the smooth realization of "two hundred years", China's economic development concept has developed from the scientific development concept to the five development concepts. Two different periods of economic development ideas are under the guidance of Marxist scientific theory, according to China's social practice and derived from the experience of the theory of sublimation. In the face of the "13th Five-Year Plan" period in China, all aspects of the new situation, new problems, five development ideas put forward some new coping policies. The five development ideas have great significance of the times, and its presentation embodies the combination of science and times, value and reality, purpose and practice, and provides theoretical guidance for the solution of new problems. At the same time to ensure the full implementation of the five major development concepts, China must have the appropriate policy improvement.
