Adhere Scientific Concept of Development, Constructed "Four Integrated" New Socialist Countryside

Abstract: In recent years, China's socialist new rural construction has made remarkable achievements, but at the same time, there are still some questions that political, economic, social and cultural development are mutually independent, and even each other out in the process of building a new socialist countryside , which will affect new socialist countryside construction. This article first described the significance of building a new socialist countryside and problems in detail, and then discusses the Scientific Concept of Development and the basic meaning of "Four Integrated ", significance of the new rural construction, the intrinsic link between the two. Finally analyzed and discussed on how to adhere to scientific concept of development and building a "four integrated" new socialist countryside.
