Abstract: The construction of harmonious society is our party major strategic initiatives and struggle goal in the new period new century. For this proposition,we only put it in the process of globalization to understand its historical position as a new starting point, new realm, new development, the new Long March. It also can experience a full feel the importance of harmonious society construction, promote the progress of human civilization by the numbers, establish the harmonious society under globalization.
