Research on the Practice Teaching Mode Reform of Hotel Management Based on the Flipped Classroom

Abstract: Nowadays, the reform of the teaching mode of hotel management major in China is stagnant, and there are a series of factors that restrict the development of hotel management major, such as the poor initiative of students and the limited ability of teachers. Applying the flipped classroom teaching mode to the above problems is a reform of the teaching concept, which combines the traditional teaching mode with emerging technologies such as the Internet to carry out teaching reform. The education core of flipped classroom is to take students as the main body of teaching and takes teachers as the auxiliary role, which will greatly stimulate
students’ learning initiative. Flipped classroom plays an important role in the reform of practice teaching mode of hotel management, It can help to strengthen the training of hotel management professionals and provide a large number of high-quality talents for the hotel management industry in China.
