Application of Mechanical Vapor Recompression in Concentration of Dilute Brine

Abstract: At present, solid industrial salt ｏｒ brine are usually adopted in production of ion-exchange membrane caustic soda, and such technologies as saturation of dilute brine, preprocessing and membrane filtration are adopted in produc-tion of primary brine. But the electrolytic production system is unreasonable in technology. Therefor, through analysis of working principle, selection of technology, technology flow and key point of operation, and improvement of prob-lems existing in operation, the research on application of mechanical vapor recompression in concentration of dilute brine can improve the concentration efficiency of dilute brine.
