Abstract: With the continuous development of the times, the industrial structure starts to pay more attention to the coordination and sustainability of development from the previous emphasis on efficiency. It has changed from a fast development to a good development. This is the adjustment of industrial structure. In re-cent years, china attaches great importance to the effect of industrial structure adjustment. Therefore, the model analysis of the effects of industrial structure adjustment driven by regional economy mainly focuses on characteristics of regional economic development, the possibility of industrial structure adjustment and the way of industrial structure adjustment.
