Abstract: In recent years, bullying on campus has been reported frequently, constantly challenging people's psychological bottom line and attracting great attention from the government and society. However, there are still many problems in the current governance, so we need to seek a strong governance strategy from the per-spective of legislation and legal education and legal thinking.
