Rigid-flexible Coupling Dynamics Analysis of Mud Pump Power End

Abstract: In this paper, force curve ofcrankshaft and connecting rod has been obtainedduring imbibition and flowing back cycle, through force analysis of mud pump power end using rigid body plane kinematics theory, and three-dimensional geometric model of crankshaft and connecting rod has been established by using soft-ware PROE, and the statics, modal and dynamics of flexible multi-bodyanalysis has been carried out, dangerous areas of crankshaft and connecting rod have been found out, the stress-time curve through dynamics simulation has been achieved.
