Analysis of the Role of the Development of Folk Music Culture in the Cultivation of Professional Talents

Abstract: China’s folk music culture has a history of nearly 100 years, and it plays an extremely important role in the Cultivation of music professionals. Based on the above background, this paper proposes an analy-sis of the role of the development of folk music culture in the training of professional talents. Firstly, the pa-per expounds the importance of the development of folk music culture in the cultivation of professional tal-ents, and then introduces the role of the development of folk music culture in the cultivation of professional talents in detail. It is mainly divided into five aspects: Folk music culture is the catalyst for the cultivation of professional talents in colleges and universities; Folk music culture is helpful to the cultivation of applied professionals in colleges and universities; Folk music culture is conducive to strengthening the deep integration of talent cultivation between schools and enterprises; Folk music culture can complement the structure of music professional knowledge; Folk music culture development is conducive to improving the quality of professional personnel.
