Adaptability Analysis of College English Teaching and Learning in Multimedia Environment

Abstract: With the development of modern information technology and the application of multimedia tech-nology, multimedia technology creates a good English teaching environment for students, broadens their horizons and enriches their knowledge. The innovative mode of college English teaching and learning under the environment of multimedia technology is studied, and it analyzes the adaptability of college English teaching and learning. Under the multi-media environment, we should carry out diversified English teaching activities, apply modern information technology to English teaching, and provide advanced teaching means and methods for English teaching. By making use of the advantages of multimedia technology, we can innovate the teaching mode of college English, improve students' oral communication ability and application ability, and cultivate talents who can adapt to the development of social economy. In English teaching activities, multimedia courseware is made, English teaching situation is created, and English teaching content is integrated into the reality of life. Under the media teaching mode, we should improve the adaptability of college English teaching and learning, optimize the teaching mode, adapt to the demand of the development trend of college English teaching in our country, and improve the teaching quality of college English.
