Abstract: Postpartum depression is currently a major condition that endangers maternal physical and mental health, and with the increasing incidence of postpartum depression, more and more research has been con-ducted on postpartum depression. The perinatal period is a high incidence of postpartum depression. In order to effectively reduce the occurrence of postpartum depression, the psychological factors of postpartum de-pression were studied and the progress of perinatal nursing interventions was analyzed. By reviewing relevant literature combined with clinical data, the psychological factors leading to postpartum depression were identi-fied. The intervention effects of the currently used perinatal nursing intervention methods were also summa-rized to provide theoretical references for future in-depth related research.
