Abstract: During the landing and takeoff of the aircraft, thecontrollers of the tower need to monitor and manage the whole process in realtime. However, problems ｏｒ anomalies may occur during the operation of theaircraft, and the above phenomena occur in a very short time. It is verydifficult to solve the problems ｏｒ anomalies within such a short time. Usingflow chart analysis method to control the security risks exist in the tower aircontrol, can be in the process of tower air control possible security riskanalysis, identification, especially the analysis of abnormal condition, theunexpected, more accurate, detailed and comprehensive identification ofaircraft in the operation process of risk, and take effective measures to dealwith, to improve the level of tower air-traffic controllers, and aircraft tothe safe and stable operation.
