Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet technology and finance, Internet finance and informal finance have received more and more attentionand are noticeable in the financial field. National finance occupies the main position, and the traditional informal finance has entered the public's view. The integration and development of Internet finance and informal finance has had a certain impact on the country's financial system. How to do the supervision of informal financeand integration with the development of informal finance in the current financial system have a very important impact on the construction of the national financial system and the national economic development.
