Ways of Employee Voice Representation Without union Forms

Abstract: This paper begins with the definition of trade unions and reasons of the decline of trade unions. Then provides some other alternatives could represent employee voice equally effective as union forms did or even better than that, since union forms are not the only channel to strive for interests of employees. Specifically stress in non-union systems, how to use the strategy and process to ensure interests of employees and whether it superior or inferior than traditionally union forms. As an employer, would it be a chance to combine human resource management into representation of employee voice, and then increasing a high-level of employee commitment, creating a mutual-trust working environment, to achieving business success. In a civil and legal society, would it possible to represent for themselves according the laws, beyond union forms or representatives in non-union systems. At the end, gives a conclusion about all these new representation methods for employee voice.
