The Construction of Business Administration Talents Training System under the Idea of School-Enterprise Combination

Abstract: The market and society put forward higher requirements for business Administration professionals. On the one hand, business administration professionals should have certain professional knowledge; on the other hand, business administration professionals should also have certain practical comprehensive literacy. Carrying out practical teaching is not only the training feature of business administration professionals, but also the embodiment of practicing the idea of school-enterprise cooperation. This paper mainly analyzes the significance of building the talents training system under the combination of school and enterprise and the existing problems in the current talent training, and puts forward the reform strategy of optimizing the talent training system.
