The Study of Project Teaching Management Model based on Flipped Classroom in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Project teaching is a model of talent training for higher vocational education. It has received exten-sive attention since its emergence, and now it has been adopted by various higher vocational colleges. After years of implementation, project teaching still has some problems and drawbacks. With the effective application of flipped classroom in project teaching, higher vocational classroom has ushered in a new major reform. Flipped classroom has changed the traditional teaching model, which can arouse students’ desire to learn to a great extent, and enable students to learn with responsibilities and obligations. The study is divided into three stages, each of which has a clear task, and adopts a diversified teaching model to make the student’s learning more efficient and interesting.
