Chinese Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Securitization of Credit Assets: Past, Present and Future

Abstract: At present, the traditional financing methods cannot meet the financing needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). It is an urgent need to open up new financing channels to ease the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises. In virtue of a new asset securitization financing problems, to study the small and medium-sized enterprise financing innovation help broaden the financing channels of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, finally resolve the question of small and medium enterprises financing difficulties. This paper reviewed the development course of China's small and medium-sized enterprise asset securitization, combing the characteristics and the problems in the operation of practice, analyzes the asset securitization to solve the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, how to vitalize inventory of commercial bank assets, and the significance of accelerating capital turnover.
