Abstract: A vehicle, especially for the development of public transport, is the driving force in external force factors, which impact changes of urban spatial patterns. The topological structure on the urban ground road network determines the natural distribution of traffic flow, before it has an influence on urban space, function layout, population distribution and trip modes for citizens. On the other hand, differing from the ground transportation system, the rail transit railway is a new element and first choice of solving traffic problems in existing street structure in cities and can improve accessibility of important urban nodes and also bring about optimization of urban space, owing to some advantages, including larger volume and faster speed. The paper studies the distribution rule of urban hierarchal kinetic network and commercial locations and explores the relationship among urban spatial network, group movement rules and urban functions by regarding the ground transportation network, rail transit network, and commercial location in Tianjin central urban area and utilizing some basic parameters, such as integration of space syntax analysis and through degree.
