The Necessities and Feasibilities to Cultivate Undergraduates’ Craftsman’ s Spirit

Abstract: It is imperative to foster the college students who has craftsman’s spirit for personnel training ob-jectives and students’ comprehensive development, but nowadays we found that a huge amount of undergra-duates lack of craftsman’s spirit, especially reflect on their professional ability and comprehensive quality. Colleges should be find the problems that existing in the process of training talents, actively explore the education teaching reform, construct the atmosphere and improve the education mechanism to cultivate undergraduates’ craftsman’s spirit.
