Abstract: The problem of the concrete crack is one of the key factors influencing the engineering quality and durability. Research shows that, the factors that lead to concrete cracking is varied, the dry shrinkage, hydra-tion heat and temperature changes are the main factors causing cracking. Methods at home and abroad at present study on concrete crack more. To solve the problem of concrete early crack [1], must first clear physi-cal mechanism of concrete crack, and on this basis to selection of suitable raw material of concrete, mix pro-portion, additives while strengthening the construction and conservation measures. Using the crack test me-thod can reflect the real concrete working conditions and accurately determine the degree of cracking [2]. Concrete cracking test method is more mature now ring method, it can synthetically reflect the concrete shrinkage, creep, modulus of elasticity and other factors on the impact specimen cracking. But the ring test method at present for the existence of long testing time, the disadvantages of poor sensitivity etc.. So the analysis of the mechanism of the cracking of concrete ring cracking test [3], study the influence rules to the cracking time parameters improved test mode, to reduce and avoid concrete crack, is very important to im-prove the durability of concrete structure.
