Project Management in Construction Project Life Style

Abstract: The thesis bases on management and project management knowledge system, combines with the capital construction project life cycle, and consider general & systematic view and integrated management. Thereafter, the paper raises the capital construction life cycle project management and put project management processes & knowledge body into each period of the capital construction life cycle.Referring to ‘initiation-plan-execution-control-close up’ processes and the capital construction life cycle, the paper expatiates the operation of a capital construction project with project management 9 knowledge area, what also expresses the importance of integrated management as well as the detailed works in each period of life cycle.
