Application of Research Local Elements in the City Parks

Abstract: As China's economy is growing at a rapid speed, a large number of agricultural population into the city, the urban population rapidly speed expansion, the development of the city is becoming more and more fast. city park as the city's green lung, is the public recreation, sightseeing, exercise, an important place for outdoor activities, the city government attaches great importance to the city park, the city of new city park, the problem is also followed, opportunities and challenges are always coexist. City park construction is facing great challenge, the lack of regional cultural features, landscape sketch, same formalism, gradually makes the city landscape construction of humanity care, lack of regional characteristics, but also caused the increasing deterioration of the ecological environment. With the improvement of people's aesthetic idea and present urban landscape design under the background of the disconnect, it is particularly important to the research and application of vernacular landscapes. Based on urban park as the breakthrough point, by discussing the development of modern urban park landscape present situation and existing problems, and put forward the development of sustainable urban landscape to the necessity of the study of vernacular landscape elements, and research how to use, how to better heritage site culture, so that the city culture, local culture, ecological environment protection and inheritance in the urban landscape construction. The vernacular landscape elements and better use of traditional symbols in urban park landscape, highlights the regional features and local traditional culture. Landscape identification is the key of the vernacular landscape elements to build landscape, the local characteristics of urban park is no longer a "one-size-fits-all", but has its own unique landscape, such not only can enhance its overall image of the city, more added city residents of the city's sense of belonging and a feeling of closeness, these are beneficial to urban construction. Vernacular landscape elements are applied to the design of modern urban park has multiple significance: inheritance and records of local life, the landscape design of innovation, the new orientation of the modern city park.
