Research on Retail Goods’ Replenishment Strategy

Abstract: Using cluster analysis to divide retail goods into stochastic demand commodities, festival commod- ities and seasonal commodities .in order to solve those problems. On the basis of the Cluster analysis results, analyzing the replenishment strategy of stochastic demand commodities .The paper uses the genetic algorithm BP neural network for forecasting replenishment strategy of optimal solution . As the result ,we get the max- imum inventory, the optimal solution of delivery cycle and the minimum inventory cost. The retail goods’ demand has positive effects on the delivery cycle, but it also increases the total cost.
