Abstract: This essay will discuss these three factors and analyze to what extent the issues affect the compa- ny’s operation, and then give some advice for solving these problems. In order to better analyze and evaluate those issues, relevant people management theories and knowledge will be used, to dig out the roots of the firm’s problems and find some keys.
