Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet plus education for teachers' professional development has brought both opportunities and challenges, change the teachers' professional development from the traditional channels to the network training mode. At present, there are many problems in the professional development of teachers, the reasonable planning of teachers occupation career, improve teachers' ability to search and process information, education resources development network series, improve teachers' professional development consciousness, to cultivate a group of talent education.
