Sand Table Simulation Twin towers Project Cost Based on Project Management Research

Abstract: By using the project management Sand Table tool, the article analyzed the project construction scheme. Considering the factors such as time, cost and resources, we selected the best one from alternatives.

Finally, we got the cost of the project, which can be used by owners and contractors.
