Research on the Deviation Characteristics of College Students' Legal Consciousness

Abstract: Since our country in higher education basic law course, law into the college's ivory tower, brought another concept edification for their God's favored one. As we all know, the importance of the rule of law has been paid more and more attention by college students in the past ten years, and the rule of law has formed a consensus among college students. The understanding and grasp of legal knowledge are more rational. But at the same time, the legal education in the campus has made great achievements, while the awareness of legal knowledge of college students is still low, and the legal awareness is still poor. This paper systematically stu-dies this phenomenon from the deviation characteristics of College Students' legal consciousness.
